Procedure for Admission to U.G. Courses (Regular Stream)

The prospectus and application form for U.G. admission may be downloaded from S.D.E. Calicut University's official website, http://sdeuoc.ac.in/.  The completed application form, along with copies of relevant certifications, should be sent to the Director, University of Calicut SDE on or before the deadline specified by the University.

The documents needed for U.G. admission is provided below.

1. Original Kerala Board or equivalent mark list.

2. Original Transfer Certificate.

3. Original Tuition and Admission Fee Bank Chalan Receipt.

4. Bank chalan Receipt of Rs 65+15 for the payment of the matriculation application form. (This is only applicable to applicants who have completed their Plus Two at a university other than Calicut University.

5. First page of the S.S.L.C. book/10th Certificate (Self Attested)

6. In addition, two copies of the mark list must be self-attested.

7. Original community certificate (For applicants from the O.B.C., S.C., and S.T. communities.

8. If the candidate wishes to request a fee reduction, he or she must provide the original Community Certificate, Nativity Certificate, and Income Certificate, as well as two sets of self-attested copies of all papers.

9. T.C. / Cancellation Certificate- if a degree course is not completed.

10. Self-addressed stamped envelopes.

P.G. Course Admission Details

Candidates applying for P.G. courses must have a valid degree from an Indian institution. Before the deadline, candidates can complete the registration process online. Candidates can view the program-specific qualifying requirements by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.

The following documents are required for PG admission.

 1. Certificate of Transfer (TC)

 2. Original diploma or provisional certificate

 3. Yearly Degree Mark Lists

 4. Original bank challan receipt (only for candidates residing outside of Kerala).

 5 envelopes with stamps

 6. Certificates of nativity, community, and income (only for SC/ST and OEC applicants)

 7. A self-attested copy of the first page of the S.S.L.C. book/10th Certificate indicating the date of birth.

8. A certificate from the employer stating that the minimum marks necessary for admission have been waived.
